The Team Cleaning Process

CCSI utilizes a "Team Cleaning" approach where individuals are part of specialized work crews that target particular portions of the cleaning project, such as windows or restrooms. This team approach is proven to provide the most effective cleaning method, delivering clients with the quickest and most reliable clean possible.

Step 1 Site Survey

Visit job site to examine the size and scope of the project. Meet with project superintendent to clarify the scope of work from the client's perspective.

Step 2 Proposal

Provide the client with a detailed proposal for the project, outlining the Scope of Work as well as specific Notes and Clarifications that are specific to the client's job. The proposal includes a detailed Fee Schedule providing the client with specific cost information.

Step 3 Schedule Work

The work will be scheduled in accordance with the client's needs.

Step 4 Perform Cleaning

The cleaning crew will be dispatched to the job site as scheduled by the client. A CCSI supervisor will oversee the work as it progresses.

Step 5 Quality Check

The CCSI supervisor will conduct a quality check of the cleaning work by completing a CCSI Quality Control Checklist before leaving the job site. If possible, this will be done with the client's project superintendent whenever possible.

Step 6 Work Verification

The CCSI supervisor will have the client's project superintendent sign a CCSI Work Verification form confirming the successful completion of the work before the crew leaves the jobsite.

Step 7 Invoice Submitted

Work will be invoiced weekly as completed. A copy of the signed Work Verification form will accompany each invoice confirming the client rep's acceptance of the finished work.
